She was best known for her duets with Ilkka Lipsanen, (artist name "Danny"). She was chosen as Miss Finland in 1977. Armi achieved some posthumous fame in 2006 when an old music video "I Wanna Love You Tender" featuring herself and Danny became a notorious Internet phenomenon....
