Do not answer the robot confirming the creation of your account, your order receipt, or the newsletter, because no one will be able to read you.
Support Service working hours by email and telephone
Instant reports are sent by email and in your customer area immediately, 7 days a week, around the clock, including during holidays. The link to download your report is also displayed immediately at "My orders" (once signed in), and on the screen after your payment, if you click on the "back to the shop" button.
The support is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, GMT+1. Astrotheme replies to all messages within a maximum of 24 working hours.

Reports not received
You can view all your orders, recreate and download all your reports at the section "My orders" of your account, once signed in on www.astrotheme.com
If you made a mistake when you entered your birth data, please, send us the reference number of your order with the new data to take, and we will send you another report for free.
