Should you await an email from us, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Most of the time, the message you expect is there.

To read your PDF reports, we suggest that you use Chrome, Edge, Safari, or any free PDF reader. Mozilla Firefox works if you have updated it (otherwise, you get blank pages).

Support Service working hours by email and telephone

Instant reports are sent by email and in your customer area immediately, 7 days a week, around the clock, including during holidays. The link to download your report is also displayed immediately at "My orders" (once signed in), and on the screen after your payment, if you click on the "back to the shop" button.

The support is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, GMT+1. Astrotheme replies to all messages within a maximum of 24 working hours.

Should you have suggestions or comments, or questions about your order, please contact us at contact@astrotheme.com.

Check carefully your junk email. If you don't receive our email, sometimes, you are just not reachable. In such a case, try to contact us with another email, and not a professional email which could prevent you to receive our answer.

For any question regarding celebrities (suggestions, comments, photos etc.), please write to stars@astrotheme.com.

For any particular question regarding partnership, affiliation or commercial offer, please write to phdevesle@astrotheme.fr.

Reports not received

You can view all your orders, recreate and download all your reports at the section "My orders" on your Member page, once signed in on the website.

Please check carefully your spam folder, and if you do not see your order at the section "My orders", send us an email at contact@astrotheme.com indicating which email address you have used for your order, the date and time of your order and the type of report ordered. The Support Service will respond rapidly, on working hours.

If you made a mistake when you entered your birth data, please, do specify your Astrotheme reference number, we will send your correct report for free to you.

We suggest that you first establish a contact by email at contact@astrotheme.com: we respond to all mails, without exception, as rapidly as possible, within a maximum period of 24 working hours.
