If you are expecting an email, please carefully check your spam or junk mail folder as well as your customer area before contacting us.

Do not reply to automated account creation, order delivery or newsletter emails, as these replies are not monitored.

Support Hours

Reports purchased from the online store are made available instantly in your customer area, under "My orders" (you must be signed in), 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, including holidays. An order confirmation email containing the download link is also sent to you.

Email support is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Paris time, and replies within a maximum of 24 business hours. A telephone reception service is also available during these hours; for any request requiring follow-up, you will be asked to write to [email protected].

Practical Tip

Some email providers may apply strict filters to automated messages. For optimal delivery of our emails (account confirmation and email correspondence), we recommend using a Gmail address whenever possible.

Report Not Received or Incorrect Birth Data

You can view all your orders and download your reports from the "My orders" section of your account once you are signed in.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder carefully. If you still cannot find your report, write to [email protected], indicating your transaction certificate, the exact time and the nature of your order.

If you made a mistake when entering your birth data, please send us your 12-character order reference together with the corrected information, and we will prepare your report again free of charge.

I Cannot Open or Read My Report

You can read your PDF document with the free PDF reader of your choice: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Foxit Reader, etc. Avoid Firefox if it is not up to date, as it may display blank pages.

Commercial solicitation calls are not handled.
