Support service working hours by email and telephone
Instant reports are sent by email and available in your customer area immediately, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays. The link to download your report is also displayed right away in the "My orders" section (once signed in), and on the screen after your payment if you click on the "Back to the shop" button.
Support is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+1). Astrotheme replies to all messages within a maximum of 24 working hours.
Practical tip
Some email providers may apply strict filters to automated messages. For optimal delivery of our emails (account confirmation, access to studies, etc.), we recommend using a Gmail address whenever possible.

Reports not received
You can view all your orders and freely download your reports for up to seven years from the "My orders" section of your account, once signed in at www.astrotheme.com.
If you made a mistake when entering your birth data, please send us your order reference number along with the corrected information, and we will send you a new report free of charge.
