Instant Reports are sent immediately, 7 days a week, around the clock, including during holidays. The email and telephone support is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, GMT+1. Astrotheme responds to all messages within a maximum period of 24 hours. The Support Service is closed in the evenings and during weekends.

Check your email, its configuration and the storage available. Sometimes, you are just not reachable. In such a case, try to contact us from a different email address or by telephone during working hours.

If your anti-spam filter is activated, it is normal that you never receive anything in your email, please keep it in mind. After your filter is disabled, contact us again in order to receive your order, to register or to receive our reply. Please, be patient if you have placed your order during non-working hours and need a clarification from the Support Service: you will receive a detailed answer on working hours, within 24 hours, at the latest. Astrotheme has a delivery reliability rate of 100%.

For any question regarding celebrities (suggestions, wrong dates, comments, photos etc.), please write to stars@astrotheme.com, We are also very interested in listening to your views in this regard and we are always willing to add new celebrities, to correct any possible error or to improve the quality of the photos.

Reports not received

Gmail has a lot of problems as you should know, and you can lose some of your emails (gmail spam filtering technology seems to be bad): so we suggest that you use another email (hotmail, yahoo, msn... have no problem).

If you think that you have not received anything, please check first your Spam or Bulk mail boxes: it is most likely that you will find your Reports there, sent within a few seconds, plus the time your mail service requires - a couple of minutes. Should it not be the case, please send us a mail at contact@astrotheme.com indicating which email address you used for your order, the date and approximate time of your order and the type of Report ordered. The Support Service will respond rapidly, on working hours.

As a general rule, if you have received nothing, including in your Spam box, it is because you made a mistake as you entered your email address when you placed your order. Therefore, it is only normal that you do not receive anything. There is nothing to worry about. Write to contact@astrotheme.com and we will send your Report at the good address. We will do so on working hours, within a maximum period of 24 hours.

If you made a mistake when you entered your birth data, please, do specify your Astrotheme reference number in order to enable us to rapidly help you.

I can't open or read my Report. What should I do?

In most cases, to read your Reports, you need Acrobat Reader, the free universal software for sophisticated documents. If you don't have it yet, you can get it within a few seconds here:

Answer the questions, then download the installation files, finally, double-click the files downloaded to your computer. The installation is automatic and you are going to be able to read your Report.

Please note that we answer postal mail after a contact by email or by telephone, more rapid and matching our Internet activity. Therefore, a postal mail without prior exchange of emails is meaningless since it will be unanswered.
