Should you await an email from us – your order, your subscription to the site, etc. – please carefully check your spam folder before contacting us. Most of the time, the message you expect is there.

To read your PDF reports, we suggest that you use Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Safari. Mozilla Firefox works only after you have updated it (otherwise, you get blank pages).

You will find below where to write to contact us. Important: kindly note that if you use another email or reply to an automated email (daily horoscopes, creation of your account, orders, newsletter, etc.) we will not be able to read you.

Support Service working hours by email and telephone

Instant reports are sent immediately, 7 days a week, around the clock, including during holidays. The link to download your report is also displayed immediately on the screen after your payment.

The email and telephone support is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, GMT+1. Astrotheme responds to all messages within a maximum period of 24 hours.

For any question concerning your order, or if you notice any anomaly or trouble during the ordering process, please write to contact@astrotheme.com with the details of your order.

Check your email, your junk email, its configuration and the storage available. If you don't receive our email, sometimes, you are just not reachable, account overquota, or your mail server does not accept Astrotheme. In such a case, try to contact us with another email (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, or aol work fine for example).

For any question regarding celebrities (suggestions, wrong dates, comments, photos etc.), please write to stars@astrotheme.com.

Reports not received

If you think that you have not received anything, please check first your junk email, and send us an email at contact@astrotheme.com indicating which email address you have used for your order, the date and time of your order and the type of report ordered. The Support Service will respond rapidly, on working hours.

If you made a mistake when you entered your birth data, please, do specify your Astrotheme reference number in order to enable us to rapidly help you, we will send your correct report for free to you.

I can't open or read my report. What should I do?

In most cases, to read your reports, you need Acrobat Reader, the free universal software for sophisticated documents. Generally, you have nothing to do but click on your report. If you don't have it yet, you can get it within a few seconds here:
