Sara Semendueva, best known as Jasmine or Jasmin, born October 12, 1977, is a Russian singer. Singer Jasmin was the first official entrant in the selection with song called "(Desperate) Foreigner" (written by I.Brylin with lyrics by K.Kavaleryan and I.Antonyan). All sources were agreeing in one thing - the song had the potential to become the best ever Russian entry in Eurovision song contest.
