Esoteric decans: second decan dominant

A decan is the subdivision of an astrological sign, which is therefore subdivided into three equal parts of 10 degrees each. Astrologers believe that each of the decans has its own individual character. Depending on the number of planets in each decan of the 12 signs, a decan can be dominant or less important.
