Martin Klebba (born June 23, 1969) is an American actor and stunt performer. Klebba has dwarfism and is 4'1" tall. He was born and grew up in Troy, Michigan, graduating from Athens High School. Klebba has acted in various productions. He has a recurring guest role in the television show Scrubs as Randall. He was cast in Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End as one of Jack Sparrow's crew. He was cast in the low-budget movie Feast 2: Sloppy Seconds. He also played a prison convict in the film Hancock He starred in a made-for-TV movie on Comedy Central called Knee High P.I.. William Henry Webb, usually known as Chick Webb (February 10, 1905–June 16, 1939) was an American jazz and swing music drummer as well as a band leader. Biography Webb was born in Baltimore, Maryland to William H. and Marie Johnson Webb. From childhood, he suffered from tuberculosis of the spine, leaving him with short stature and a badly deformed spine. He supported himself as a newspaper boy to save enough money to buy drums, and first played professionally at age 11. At the age of 17 he moved to New York City and by 1926, he was leading his own band in Harlem. Jazz drummer Tommy Benford said he gave Webb drum lessons when he first reached New York.
