Alexandra Vandernoot (b. September 19, 1963 (not 1965) in Uccle, Belgium) is a Belgian actress. She has starred in many French films. Her best-known role in the United States and around the world is in the fantasy television series Highlander: The Series as Tessa Noël, Duncan MacLeod's girlfriend. She appeared from the first episode of the series through the fourth episode of season 2, "The Darkness", in which her character was killed. She later returned in the Highlander second-season finale, "Counterfeit Part 2", as a girl made up to look like Tessa, and then in the series finale as Tessa Noël.
