Noëlle Lenoir, born on April 27, 1948 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, is a French stateswoman. She was the first woman to become a member of the Conseil Constitutionnel (French supreme court) from March 1992 to March 2001, and was appointed to this position by the chairman of the French parliament. She was then appointed as minister for European affairs from June 17, 2002 to March 29, 2004.
