Julian Dean (born 28 January 1975 in Waihi, New Zealand) is a road racing cyclist who rides for Garmin-Transitions. Dean rode in the 2008 Tour de France, 2007 Tour de France, 2006 Tour de France and the 2004 Tour de France, finishing all four times. In 2008, he finished 9th in the points classification. His other main achievements include winning the 2007 and 2008 New Zealand National Road Race Championships, and finishing 9th in the 2005 World Road Championships in Madrid.
